How persimmons are propagated?

Question

The propagation of the Persimmon plants can be done through the seed, cutting, micro propagation and by grafting. With the start of spring the seeds should be sown because the winter temperature may damper the seed germination and it might take long time. In case of rising the seedling in the nursery the sandy loam soils are preferred which contain good organic matter in them. In the month of August the rootstocks should be chip-budded or in the month of April the tongue grafting should be done. But the good and fruitful results are obtained from the chip budding.
